how to delete another Operating system

Some how I have two versios of windows xp and would like to delete one of them from my hard drive how can I do this and keep only the one I use. When i boot up it ask me which windows I would like to use need help to delete the one I don't use.

Click Start/Run, and type (no quotes) "msconfig" in the box, and click OK. In the System Utility Configuration, click on the "BOOT.INI" tab, and then click the button, "Check all boot paths". You then should get an option to remove an invalid boot sector, unless you really have another instance of Windows installed.
 
First you have to determine which one you are not using
Then delete that directory
Then Follow Tom's advice
