How to delete a file ending with a /

I have a file in my temporary internet folder that ends with a / like
www.google.com/ I am not able to access the web site that it points to in
IE, and if I goto IE options, delete files, and check delete all offline
files it locks up with 100% cpu usage... if I try to delete the file from
explorer it locks up and I have to end task on rundll32.exe which starts
running 100% cpu usage when I try to delete the file... I have ran virus
scans, chkdsk, adware & pespatrol & spybot s&d etc... nothing... Any ideas?

If you right click and choose properties it's file name has a \ in it?
