How to avoid logon screen

I know there is a way to get rid of the classic logon
screen. Does anyone know how to change the settings?
 
If you mean boot straight to the desktop, do the following:

Click on Start and run: type in "control userpasswords2" without the quotes
and uncheck the box "User must enter a username and password."
