How to approve print jobs

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to let someone (an
administrator monitoring the queue) approve print jobs
before they are sent to the printer?

pause the print queue on the print server, then the users
can submit jobs and need an administrator to enable the
queue to print them out.

Use a tool called Print Queue Manager. Set it to pause
all jobs that enter the queue. The Administrator can use
the admin console to resume individual jobs or delete
individual jobs as needed. Make sure under permissions
for the printer you put a DENY for "Creator Owner" to
manage print jobs, otherwise they will be able to resume
