Please can anyone assist me to create an office memo in access without having to print it everyday but can be done in access and submitted automatically. the following are the challenges am encountering:
- How to make the system generate automatic reference number using, for example: yy/mm/dept/000.
- How to send the data to the HOD for approval and from the HOD to the Account department for payment.
- How to network all the department onto the same system using different reference numbers.
