Access How to calculate the balance carried forward of individual student when payment of fee is made in ms access 2013

I have a database for school application am working on,there is this challenge am trying to fix but I do not know how to fix it. I have a table for school fees payment "tblStudentPayments". What I really want to achieve is that each time a student makes part payment or full payment a user should be able to see the balance carried forward in the report or form. Optional this balance carried forward should be showing individual balance with a detailed transaction. Assistance will be highly appreciated.
