How to add more border designs to Word for text or whole page

I am having problems to add more designs to my office word 2007. Could
someone tell me how to add more designs for word that will be able to use for
text only feature and whole paragraph.

There is no way to add to the boder designs in the dialog. You can create a
custom border as described at
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/BorderArt.htm but it won't be in the
Borders dialog.
