Template issues - text boxes and pictures "moving"

I am trying to create a template in MS Word that is a half-page profile of an individual - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2aP95-t7lztTEc5WmxDdFh6QzQ/view?usp=sharing

(It doesn't look exactly right in Google Drive, but if you download and open, it should display properly in Word.)

I am not well-versed in the finer elements of design or templates here, so I was trying to make something that I could open, copy, and paste into another document. Ideally there will be two "profiles" per piece of paper.

I am having trouble keeping all of the pieces together when I copy and paste. Sometimes the picture box has some trouble, and most often the text box refuses to copy down to the bottom of the page with the rest of the information and will remain toward the top of the page.

Is there some other relatively painless way to design this so that I can use it more easily? Is there a way to save it as something that will move allin one piece and stay that way wherever I decide to plop it in the future?

Thanks for any suggestions.

If you want to keep this simple, you could make use of a table, which you
can easily duplicate via copy and paste.

Note, however, that if you want more suggestions, consider asking in a forum
that gets more attention, such as the Word forum in the Microsoft Community:
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/word?sort=lastreplydate&dir=desc&tab=Threads.

To sign in, you need a Microsoft account, which you may already have (for
example, if you have an Hotmail account and/or sign in to Windows or
Office).
