How to add an Item to the shortcut menu in Win XP

Hi;
Can i have access to Win XP fax machine thru the shortcut menu that appears
when i right click on a file or folder,So a user can fax a Text document
directly by right clicking on it,in Win XP proffessional edition?

If you have a fax client installed, you should be able to right click
and go to the send to option, under send to you should see your fax
client to be able to send directly from the file
