How to access windows mail from 2nd user account

How do I retreive my windows mail from 2 user accounts with same e-mail
address?
This is needed as result of Vista problems.

Tools menu>accounts>select your account>properties>advanced tab.

Remember to set one of the user account, mail accounts, to clear messages
from the server after
a reasonable number of days, or your server mail box will fill up, and
reject any new incoming mail.
