how I can use Outlook with ISA Server

Hi
I have domain name A.com also Internet.A.com ,I have
username User1 in the domain Internet.A.com Access the
internet also I install Firewall client in his PC ,but
when I use Outlook for my Email in my ISP it gives me
ERRO:
Unable to connect to incoming mail server (pop3)
Unable to connect to outgoing mail server (smtp)

Are you sure you've set your filters correctly on the ISA server so port 110
and 25 are open for that user?

are the server names correct in outlook?

is the firewall client running on the computer? does it work if you use
secure nat?
