I'm so frustrated with my computer because it says
something about that my security settings don't allow
Active X controls every time I go on a website or tr y to
download something every now and then.I have never had
Administrative privileges until now, and I don't know how
to get this fricking control to work, because I've tried
just about everything.I have a McAfee Firewall,but I
don't really know how it's stopping the ActiveX controls--
how can I get the ActiveX controls to work again?I'vwe
tried downloading them, and it didn't work--I've tried
updating them, and it didn't work!!!HELP
ME,PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sat at my XP pc at the moment, but this should be
along the same lines.........

In IE, go to Tools>Internet Options>Security

Select Custom Level, run ActiveX controls and plug-ins -
check enable.

I like the nickname by the way - Depeche Mode rules!!
