To resolve this issue, configure the ActiveX controls and plug-ins
security settings in Internet Explorer to Enable:
1. Right-click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop, and then
click Properties.
2. On the Security tab, click Custom Level.
3. Under ActiveX controls and plug-ins, click Enable under the
following security settings:* Initialize and script ActiveX controls
not marked as safe

* Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins

4. Click OK.
5. Click Yes when you are prompted to change the security settings for
the zone.

let us know if that works fine

Good to hear that your problem is gone. For the new one here is the
solution

NOTE: dealing with registry and dll files gets tricky sometimes. You
can either live with the message or if it gets annoying, follow the
below steps. And also make sure you have your Norton Firewall On all
the time. Its ok to disable the Windows Firewall if you have the other
one on.

1. Go to Start --> Run and type "cmd" without the quotes.
2. Type "cd\" followed by "cd windows\system32".
3. Now run the following commands:
takeown /f wscapi.dll
takeown /f wscsvc.dll
takeown /f wscui.cpl
4. Now you have ownership of the files. Go into the system32 directory
in explorer and right click each file, go to the security tab and add
an entry for everyone and give them full access permissions.
5. Disable the Security Center Service via services.msc if you have
not already done so.
6. In the system32 folder rename the three mentioned dll's (change
their file extension to .bak).
7. To get rid of the Security Center service from services.msc drop to
a command prompt and type the following:
"REG DELETE HKLM\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\SERVICES\WSCSVC /F", hit
enter and reboot.

Let us know if this helps
