Active X controls

I make cards from American Greetings and print them,
however it is telling me that I need to download signed
Active X controls and enable it. There are three
different things that they tell me to enable. I followed
the instructions it gave but it still won't work. It
said if it doesn't work then you may have to go into
Microsoft and download the program. I get to Microsoft
but I don't know which one it would be to download. I
searched for Active X controls and alot of stuff popped up
regarding it. How do I know which one to download

Probably you'll get the best advice by calling the American Greetings
program tech support as they can tell you exactly what to do. Your post
is rather confused.
