how do u connect a phone to outlook?

I wanting to use my phone to call my customers using Outlook and am not sure
of how to hook a phone to my PC? Thanks!

You can't unless you have a pc telephone modem installed. Phone modems have a
telephone connection as well as a telephone line connector. Check your
Hardware Device manager and see if you have one. It will be listed under
Modems.
