usiing outlook to dial calls

This might be a stupid question but... how do you use the feature in outlook
that dials your contacts phone numbers? I have packet 8 VOIP and have no idea
how to hook the phone to outlook. do youmake calls through the computer or
hook your computer to the phone.

Outlook can make no calls - it uses the Windows dialer for calls. As for VOIP, you would need to read the instructions from that provider. VOIP is not native to Outlook or Windows.
