How do I view hotmail inbox with personal folders inbox?

I've been trying to synchronize my email in Outlook 2003 to my pocketpc. However, my pocketpc only syncs with the inbox in personal folders. Is there a way to transfer my hotmail inbox to my personal folders inbox? Thanks

Try posting this question in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync as they
have more ideas on third party programs that can do this than those of us
here who mainly deal with just Outlook on PCs, not PocketPCs.

account will be deleted without reading.
