Accessing Email

Hello, I am in need of a little bit of help. I have Outlook 2002 and have my hotmail emails downloading to outlook, what my problem is, is that I need to get the emails from my hotmail inbox in outlook to automatically send to my personal folders inbox, so that I can sync them with my phone that way. hopefully someone can hlep me with this

basically I am just looking for the command that will sync my hotmail inbox to my personal folders inbox
