how do i transfer video onto wmp ?

i connected my video camera with a usb cable & it was successful .. now how
do i transfer what i have taped already to the windows movie maker?
 
Open Windows Movie Maker and see the Task bar titled "Movie Tasks" if on the
left hand side of the screen. The first step is Capture Video. Click on
"Capture from Video Device". Go through the wizard...
