How do I solve publishing problems in FP 2003

Recently upgraded to FP 2003. Current websites publish with no problem once
I changed some security settings on desktop. Current websites publish with no
problems from laptop and didn't have to change security settings.

Imported a new website from a server. Made some changes. When I try to
publish the website, receive error message that the website "doesn't exist".

Tried from both PC and laptop. Each has as different security program. The
server has FP Extensions installed and is online. No problem with server.

Why can't I post to this newly imported website?
