FP 2003 publishing problems

Guest

I just upgraded to FP 2003 and cannot publish my websites. I get an error
message "unable to open http://www.mywebsite.com" for all of my website.
What's going on? I have been successfully publishing multiple websites with
out any problems before.

Check your firewall or AV to see if it is blocking FP
Try opening the online site in FP first using
File Open Site and entering http://www.mywebsite.com/
- or browsing to it in IE and using File Edit w/ FP

Similar problem....
FP2003 would not publsih to https://home.comcast.net/~last.first/ Told me
it could not get to the site and to check and maesure iot had FP extensions.

Tried doing the FILE > OPEN approach, it asked for user name and password,
Again errored out telling me it could not access the site and suggested
making sure FP extensions was enabled. Tried it agian and this time it
listed the contents of the site and I could publish to it.

Possile causes?
