Publishing FP pages

I am new to FrontPage, and I have created some web pages with FP 2003. Some
of the pages uses forms.

Could I publish my website on a server with out FP extensions or SharePoint
service?

No,

The forms need FrontPage extensions and "Must" be published using http://
which also requires extensions the server for your domain.

You can publish them with Frontpage's FTP mode (or any FTP program)...but
they won't work without the server extensions - unless you have a third
party script that processes the form's data to your email or a file or
database.
