How do I share calendars between 2 profiles in Outlook 2003 ?

I am not using Exchange and would like to be able to see both Calendars so as
book new appointments / meetings without having to exit Outlook and
restarting it with the other profile
 
Open the other pst-file in your profile; File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
