My university has switched email server to Outlook Web App... is there any
way to fwd all emails into Outlook 2007 (which I prefer to use)? I used
Outlook Connecter for the new email address from outlook web, but email error
doesnt allow the emails to come over to outlook 2007. Says to make sure email
configured correctly on web?? I also tried to use POP and MAPI to get emails
sent to Outlook 2007 but says Administrator Error. Is it possible maybe that
university doesnt allow us to send our email else where? Schools help desk is
no help at all. Outlook Web says I can use it to get all other email accts-
but thats opposite what Im trying to do.
Any help greatly appreciated!

Outlook Web Access is a function of Exchange and the newsgroup
microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the proper newgroup.

You can't forward anything from Outlok Web Access. It's just an HTML
interface into your Exchange mailbox. Outlook also can connect to your
Exchange mailbox. If your university no longer allows accessing your mailbox
with Outlook, then there's not a lot you can do about it. You may be able to
create a rule in OWA that will allow you to forward or redirect your incoming
messages to some other external mail service provider and you can access that
mailbox with Outlook, but your University mail support people can tell you the
best way to deal with it.

Not unless they allow access by to your Exchange mailbox. Ask them.
I used Outlook Connecter for the new email address from outlook web,

Irrelevant. This add-on is to add HTTP/Deltasync support to Outlook. No
version of Outlook has it. HTTP/WebDAV used to be used for Hotmail access
but Microsoft dropped it and went to Deltasync. If you're using OWA to
access an Exchange mailbox, you aren't using Hotmail.
I also tried to use POP and MAPI to get emails sent to Outlook 2007 but
says Administrator Error.

MAPI = Mail API. It is a programming interface, not an e-mail protocol.

POP might be allowed if they added the POP connector to the Exchange
server. Again, ask them on how to access your Exchange mailbox via POP
*if* they set it up.
Schools help desk is no help at all. Outlook Web says I can use it to get
all other email accts- but thats opposite what Im trying to do.

Do they even mention if they permit anything other than HTTP (web) access
to the e-mail account? That may be all you get.
