How do I remove this spyware

Somehow I got caught flatfooted and loaded soemthing onto my system that is
trying to hijack my browser. My antivirus is barring it from accessing the
web but I can't seem to delete it from my system. This is the message I get
when I try to run IE: Address:
http://url.cpvfeed.com/cpv.jsp?p=11...uid=b025186a+046d5d567213463fa3278edf29069868
Type: Spyware

But when I tried to delete the offending spyware it says its unremoveable.
Is there a way I can remove it?

Think I killed it with Ad-Aware.

Run a /thorough/ check for hijackware, including posting your hijackthis log
to an appropriate forum.
