Removed Spyware, IE has stopped working

Removed a ton of spyware from isearch and aksoft. They kept rloading
themselves so I renamed dolsp.dll and mfcef32.exe and that seemed to stop
them from reloading . Now when I try to connect to the internet the "Page
cannot be displayed" is immediately displayed. I am pretty good at solving
connection issues but this has me stumped. m As far as I can tell all setting
are correct. BTW it also will no connect to the network.

Have I deleted a required file?
