Toolbar options locked in IE 6.0

For some reason, an 'iSearch' toolbar installed itself in
IE browser. At the same time that happened, when I right-
click the toolbar(s) to customize or remove it, all of my
options are greyed out, and I cannot get rid of it. I
cannot even uninstall iSearch from my Control Panel as it
does not even appear there to uninstall. HAs this ever
happened to anyone? Is this something that I will have
to go into my registry to unlock? Any help would be
appreciated.
