how do I reinstall camera wizard?

is there a way to reinstall only the camera file transfer
wizard? It doesn't work when I plug in the camera media
card into the computer

I have cf cards, 20 of then at least, some I have to plug
in and out many times and some you have to wiggle back and
forth, some will work in one reader and some that will
work in a diffrent one. The pin system on them is not the
best.
 
If the card shows as a drive in 'my computer', right-click it & select 'properties'. Select the
autoplay tab. Select a content type of 'pictures' and set the action to 'Copy pictures...using
Scanner & Camera wizard"
