How do I redirect my oulook email to a hotmail inbox?

I want all my emails that come to my outlook accounto be redirected to my
hotmail account, can I do this and how?

Do you mean Redirected or Forwarded? there is a difference.

Who is the provider for your "outlook" mail? Check if they have a facility
to forward email to other addresses. If they do - just plug in your hotmail
address there..
