how do I receive e-mails in html in outlook?

All the messages I receive in my inbox automatically are dispayed in plain
text. how can I receive maeesages in html format?

Tools menu > Options > Preferences tab > Email Options button. Uncheck "Read
all standard mail in plain text".

perhaps your senders are sending in plain text?

thank you. I specifically tested it by having someone send me an html email
with stationary and special fonts and signatures and it came in plain text.
She cc'd a colleague and hers was received in the html form. She frowarded
it to me and the forwarded message was received in the proper html form but
the original was received in plain text. I found this to be very odd and am
looking for any assistance. Again, thank you for your responses and input, it
is greatly apprecaited!
