As of yesterday a contact cannot send me email. It says that my account has
blacklisted her for sending spam. She doesn’t spam, it’s totally a mistake,
but she isn’t computer literate enough to fix the problem (or doesn’t feel
like she is). Can I do anything from my end? I’ve been searching the help
section but can’t find what I think I’m looking for.
