Viewing contacts as couples not individuals

I want to know if there is a way to view (and / or enter information)
contacts as couples instead of individuals.
In case I’m not clear on what I want to do, I will explain exactly what I
need.

I use my outlook contact list to keep track of everyone who attends the
church (I’m the admin assistant). For a couple, I have separate contact
cards, ("Bob Jones "and "Sue Jones") because if I don’t necessarily want to
have one person as the main contact. I would like to have one contact, maybe
just "Bob and Sue Jones" or "Jones Family" and be able to put both of their
information in there. I know that under a contact you can put the spouses
name under details, but I want the spouse’s information to be as detailed as
the main, without having to create 2 cards... or possibly creating one file
"Jones" that has a tab for Sue and a Tab for Bob.

I played around with creating my own forms, however, they make it difficult
because my Pastor and Assoc. Pastor use Macs, and I need to be able to send
them vCards... if I create my own custom form, the info doesn’t translate the
same to them.

If this doesn’t make sense, please ask questions, this issue has been making
me crazy!

Outlook is not well-suited to that. There are many such applications for
use by parishes, however. Google can find them for you.
