How do i make my emails save to another partition on my hard drv

I have my office computers set up with 2 partitions C and D - D is the
operating system - C is general. I have deepfreeze installed and locks D
drive, i need outlook to save emails to the C drive.
 
Move the pst-file while Outlook is closed. On next start-up Outlook will nag
for the new location.
