How do I get the pixels to make the picture clear for 4x6 picture

I have pictures from the internet that I need to print on photo paper and I
can not get the picture clear, how do I fix the pixels needed to make the
photo clear

This is a Word newsgroup!

I recommend that you download the free IrfanView graphics editor and then
copy/paste your graphics into it for editing.
