Many folks took it for granted saving photos for free on Google in high quality thinking it is going to be there forever. Not anymore!

What is your PLAN B for this change?

There are several options for those who need to make alternate arrangements:

  1. Buy a Pixel phone and continue free cloud storage on Google
  2. Switch to a paid iCloud storage if you are on an iPhone
  3. Switch to Amazon photos
  4. Microsoft One Drive option with Office 365
  5. Store your stuff on Dropbox (more expensive than the other options above)
No matter what you choose as options but if you currently have only a free Google storage option, you need to decide now.
 
6. Have a Google 1 Subscription and continue to use original quality. :)
