Unable to print 4x6

I recently upgraded to Windows Vista. I have an HP PSC 1350, which does not
have full featured drivers or software for Vista. However, Windows
automatically installed a driver when I plugged the computer in, and I've
been able to print letter size things with no problem.

The problem is when I try to print a picture. When I open a picture in
either Microsoft Picture Manager or Windows Live Photo Gallery, and choose
print, I am able to choose my printer, borderless 4x6 prints, and the type of
HP paper I use. But I keep getting an error message that says "check paper"
on the printer and can't get the documents through.

Please help! Vista is not good for me if I can't print 4x6 photos.

You might try going into Printer / Properties directly and changing the
paper choice there, OK'ing your way out and then going back in and
changing it back to 4 x 6.

I mention this because someone else found doing this fixed a problem
with his printer printing the wrong number of copies ....
