How do I get my work Outlook on my laptop?

I have Outlook Mail on my work computer which is a desktop. I am trying to
put it on my laptop so when I am at home I can check my work email. How do I
put it on my laptop while having it on my desktop as well?N

And what type of mail connection/account do you have at work?
