How do I get my sentences to transition in on the slide on my com.

I have created a PPT and each slide has a question in the title box. Then, in
the body of the slide I have several answers. I want these answers to
transition in on my command. How do I do that?

what you mean by "transition in on my command" - at a specific time, in or
out of order, on click of the slide, or on click of an object....
