How do I get my email out of this newsgroup?

I recently posted a message to this newsgroup and gave
away my real email address. Now, I'm receiving 15 spam
messages a day containing viruses.

How do I get my email out of my posts?

It's too late I'm afraid. If you don't want to receive the spam, cancel your
email account and get a new one.

Always post using an obfuscated email address.
