How do i exit Safe Mode please Help!

I have tried to reboot my computer but this does not work. Is thier a
Command to type in the Run box to exit Safe Mode, Anyone please Help and

Tap the F8 key on restart or at start-up,select,"start windows normal" mode.

Click RUN, then type "msconfig" (no quotes).
Click the BOOT.INI tab.
UNcheck the Safeboot box.
Reboot.

Andrew I recieved a very rude answer from jerry about how to save a file to
my hard drive so I can get the http:// url to upload to another site, I
saved the file but it is in "documents" I need it in the http:// format and
don't know how to do this. Your answer to a previous forum member was very
comendable.
