How do I delete my back up files?

Merry Christmas everyone!!! how do i delete my back up files from previous
restores? the help section says they can be done in the Code Download Manager
or CDM. CDM? can anyone help?

Just what OS are you running (specific version and service pack level
please)?
Also - what "back up files" and "previous restores" are you referring to?
In what way were these files backed up and what type of restore?
