How do I create and share a calendar between two people in a pier.

I want to create a firm calendar and share it with my secretary so we can
both add and delete appointments for me. We both have Outlook and are
running XP Pro.

Do you not consider the Free/Busy Service a viable means of sharing calendar
information?
