How do I share my Outlook Calendar amongst my co workers so we can see when
we each have meetings and appointments?

Are you using an Exchange server?
 
If you are using Exchange, you can setup a Public Folder with your calendar
in it for everyone to see.

You can certainly create a public folder containing a calendar, but not _your_
calendar. Your calendar will always be the Calendar folder in your delivery
location, usually your Exchange mailbox. You can certainly make your default
Calendar publically viewable as well.
