Others appointments showing up on my calendar



I have a co-worker whos own calendar in Outlook 2007 received all the
appointments of his direct reports whether he is viewing their calendars or
not. Why do all of their activities get generate to include him. He is not
on the :cc for any of the meetings but every time someone puts a meeting or
appointment on their own calendar he gets a meeting request generated to him.
Any help would be great - thanks.
