calendar acceptance notification to 2 people

Hi,
how do i set the calendar acceptance notifications to go to 2 people.
example:
boss Jim has his canendar shared with his secretary Lisa. Lisa creates a
meeting on his calendar. when people accept, it goes to Lisa.
I need to set it so it also goes to Jim. is there a way and how would i do
it?
we are running xp pro, outlook 2003 and exchange 2003
