How Do I Create an XP Startup "Disks" on CD ??

My new notebook does not have a floppy drive and I would
like to know how to create my Emergency Startup Disk on my
CDRW drive.

The Windows XP CD is bootable and serves as your emergency
startup disk.

Are you aware that the XP CD is bootable?
You may have to enter the BIOS to configure the CD as first (or only)
drive to load.
