How do I correct my signature and make my company icon appear?!

Previously I was able to have my signature appear at the bottom of my emails
along w/my company log. Now upon my return from vacation, my signature is
double spaced and my icon does not appear?! Why is this??! I noticed under
the edit field the "APPLY" button is now grayed out... Please advise.
 
Don't know. This is not an email newsgroup. Do you have a database
question for MS Access?
