signature appears above html / picture in .oft file

I've made an.oft file that contains html and a picture, now my
automatic signature appears above it.

What I want to do is create a .oft file with the company logo and some
formatted text and when opening it the automatic signature should
appear at the bottom.

Outlook is always going to insert the signature at the top. Maybe what you can do is include the signature in the .oft template and turn off automatic signatures on custom form items. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/ol2003problems.htm#sp2.
