Image Resizing + Signature

Hi all,

I created an html file to deply signature on all PC in my company.
This file contain a table with text and a picture (size of cell & picture is
set in code).

When users create a new email using this signature, picture included is
automatically resized (30% of original).
For each mail they need to reset image size.

Could you help me ? please ?
