How do I remove strikethrough on my signature and outgoing mail?

I have a strikethrough on my outgoing mail and my signature. I've check the
set up and it doesn't appear there. What's got to be changed?
 
This is an ACCESS newsgroup. Access is a database application that is part
of MS Office Professional. Your post does not appear to be related to
Access.

I'd suggest you report in a newsgroup related to the software you are using.
